- fwd A on-time n37 mean 1.185x, median 0.88, ex-top3 1.04, upper80 1.45. Last15 1.60x (ex-top3 1.30).
- Split by entry sell-sim (gate from #4190): trades without a sim row (pre-gate) n20 0.85x; PASS n10 1.55x; STALE n7 1.61x. Gate-era n17 ~1.58x, so the fix is what lifted the mean, but n is small and the sample is selected by the gate.
- entrysim: 32 fresh rows, 16 PASS / 16 BLOCK. Half of candidates are blocked: the live lane MUST carry the same gate. All 10 taken fresh trades PASS (sellable at entry); no exit-time sell sim.
- Replay (n509) says 1.16x; gate-era forward 1.58x sits above its band, so forward may be lucky: do not size up on it.
Blockers: gate-era n17 < 20-40; ex-top3 of all fwd only 1.04; no exit-time sellability. Kill rule (mean<1.0, upper80<1.05) not triggered.
Next: re-audit on 30 Oct at gate-era n>=30; verify if mean >=1.2, ex-top3 >=1.1, PASS share of taken >=80%.
