# wl_v3sg feed 403 (ppfeeds #4349, 29 Oct)
- The reader is fm_wl.py on firstmin (fmwl@v3sg), not a research/main feed. Out of ppfeeds reach (firstmin = exec only).
- Mirror log /opt/fm_mirror/wl_v3sg.log: "FEED_SRC_DOWN drpc refused (HTTP 403, billing or cap): skipped 60 s" every minute since start 19 Oct 10:05 (16k lines). Same on wl_cleane, v3ce, v3early, v3vearly, v3sparse60, wlink, wlink1, and mc5 (19.5k).
- 29 Oct 13:32-13:35 also: loop_err "feed: both RPCs failed: HTTPError 403 Forbidden" -> fallback RPC also 403, lane can be blind.
- Fix (exec): in fm_wl.py point the feed fallback to free rpcpool and treat 403 as non-retryable (skip source 1 h, not 60 s). If dRPC 403 = billing/cap, check the dRPC account.
- Impact: v3sg audit (#4343) pull-rate/low-flow reading may be affected if entries were missed while blind.
