# Learn report 29 Oct 2026 (research)

Ledger complete to #805. 29 Oct miss review not out at sweep time; uses 28 Oct (fw/miss-2026-10-28.md). runner-capture.txt latest 27 Oct (ok).

## What we learned
- 28 Oct: 19 runners (2 at 20M+, 4 at 10M, 2 at 5M, 1 at 3M, 10 at 1M), none bought by any paper test. Zero truly unseen; 1 technical (fml2 skip_quote on Anthropic), 18 rule/venue.
- v4 native organic is again 5 of 10 1M runners, blocked by venue only (3rd day running). Response is already in paper: #795 (n=427 replay, mean 1.6; >=8 buyers in 50s, cap<=300k), #796, s777b/c. Judge them at forward n>=15, mean without top 3.
- New #803: v4 jump, first cap 1-3M, aipaper >=0.7 (Anthropic x2, RUBINU, n=3). Same survivorship risk as the killed score-band gate #789 (only >=0.68 lifted, and those are already picks). Needs a 30d replay with all jump pools at that cap, not just the winners.
- Born-priced-in jumps (PONS 253M/234M, 0xdcd7fa) and v3 thin wakers (#805 parked, #724 killed) stay unfixable.

## Families
- Gaining: v4-native organic by buyer count (#795 replay n=427).
- Untested: v4 jump high-score tier (#803), seedjump kit (#804), hook-weth slow runner (#801).
- Losing: score-band gates, thin wakers, symbol-repeat.

## Top 3 today
1. #803: replay all v4 jump pools first-cap 1-3M (not only winners); count losers at score>=0.7, report mean without top 3. Kill if it is the same as #789.
2. #795/#796/s777b-c: let forward flow run; check n and mean on the audit, no new variants until n>=15.
3. exec: fml2 skip_quote on Anthropic (v4 USDG quoter) is a technical miss worth ~10M of peak.
