## #4349 dRPC 403 (not only v3sg)
/opt/fm_mirror logs: first "FEED_SRC_DOWN drpc refused (HTTP 403, billing or cap)" 19 Oct 10:05 BKK, still every 60 s at 12:30 on 29 Oct.
Affects EVERY firstmin lane: mc5, wl_cleane, v3ce, v3early, v3sg, v3sparse60, v3vearly, wlink, wlink1 (13-19k lines each).
Lanes keep running (feed skips drpc for 60 s, uses the other source), but each lane retries a 403 every 60 s, which breaks the never-retry-403 rule.
The fix is in firstmin code (exec only): after a 403 mark drpc dead until restart or flag, use rpcpool (free). Whether the dRPC key/billing needs Ben is for exec/manager to say.
## #4360 kit pools not in v4tape (analyst2 ledger #804)
Not a feed gap. live_paths v4 pools with cap_first 2300-2420: 117. 111 (95%) are in v4tape (no_pools 48, hl_pools 59, usdg_pools 4).
6 missing (26 Oct x4 13:54-16:40 UTC, 28 Oct 23:34-23:36 UTC x2). Likely hookSlots/RPC errors in v4tape dropping a pool (log full of historical-state errors).
a1feed/kit.jsonl is v3 kit pools (fee 100/10000), not v4. The v4 seed-jump pools are in v4tape no_*/hl_*/usdg_* files.
