# wl_v3sg feed 403 (#4349), ppfeeds 30 Oct
- The v3sg lane (exec's pt/wl.py on firstmin; mirror /opt/fm_mirror/wl_v3sg.log) gets dRPC 403 (billing/cap) since 19 Oct.
- Fallback already works: rpcfall parks drpc 60 s on 403 and uses the free sources. The last loop_err ("both RPCs failed 403") was 29 Oct 18:27 BKK; since then only FEED_SRC_DOWN lines (one per minute), no feed gaps.
- Only issue left: rpcfall re-probes drpc every 60 s after a 403 (about 1 call/min). Harmless, but it breaks "never retry 403". Fix is exec's (firstmin code, I cannot touch it): park drpc for the rest of the day on 403 and drop it from the v3sg lane order.
